8 Dietary Guidelines

  1. Fruits and vegetables – 6 pieces per day
  2. Eat fish several times a week
  3. Eat potatoes, rice, pasta and coarse bread – everyday
  4. Cut down on sugar
  5. Cut down on fat – especially from dairy products and meat
  6. Eat varied food
  7. Drink plenty of water every day
  8. (Exercise 30 minutes every day)
